this command killing. May cause corruption in the system especially when using Ubuntu at virtual machine.
Can use it as following:

sudo rm -rf /etc/nginx

This will remove all of the stuffs inside directory /etc/nginx. It also remove "nginx" folder. This including removing the configuration files like "clean all things inside".

But the service still running. Doing sudo apt-get remove nginx is not enough. It does not remove the service.

Stop the service:

sudo service nginx stop

This automatically check available nginx services:

sudo update-rc.d -f nginx remove

This remove the services:

sudo update-rc.d -f nginx remove
sudo rm /etc/init.d/nginx

Uninstall all using purge:

sudo apt-get purge nginx nginx-common nginx-full

Reinstall back:

sudo apt-get install nginx

And it works well in Windows 8. Well for the people who scared of computer, know nothing about VBS pranks will said, "Oh virus!". Just End the process using task manager, search "Microsoft Windows Based Script Host" or "wscript.exe".  Easy.
